Terms and Conditions of Use
Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Return freight is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent. There is a restocking fee of at least 20% on all returns that are not the result of our error. We welcome pre-sales inquiries, so please feel free to call us first to ensure you are getting the parts you need, especially if you are about to place a large order. Please note that items that are sold only in full keg quantities (such as structural bolts) while returnable, will incur a restocking fee of at least 50%.
We will process your credit within 5 days of receiving your return shipment. It may take an additional 5 business days for your credit card issuer or bank to credit your account.
RMA is required for return. Please do not ship returns to us without RMA.
Some items will need to be sent back to a different location that the item was shipped from. The return shipping information will be on the RMA.
ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Items that are returned without the original packaging will not receive a credit.
Customers may cancel orders until the order has been released to the warehouse.
Returned items must be in new condition and item count must be complete. Used or incomplete items will not receive a credit.
Orders over $1000.00 are non-returnable/non-cancelable. Used items are non-returnable. Special order items are non-returnable.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Product Warranty
ASMC LLC warrants the goods sold hereby and free from defects in workmanship and material in the event any of these goods prove to be defective in workmanship or material within a period of six (6) months from purchase, ASMC LLC will replace same without cost. Except as herein stated, ASMC LLC shall not be liable for any damages or for any breach of any warranty, express or implied, or for any other obligation or liability on account of the goods.
ASMC LLC makes no warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose or any other warranty, express or implied, except as stated herein. ASMC LLC shall not be responsible for consequential damages. ASMC LLC is selling commercial quality fasteners with no representation of conforming to government or other specification unless specifically stated. ASMC LLC passes along chemical and physical certifications from our suppliers with no representation by ASMC LLC as to their accuracy.
As part of the consideration for ASMC LLC’s sale of these goods, buyer agrees that the respective rights and liabilities of the parties shall be determined in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois and that any action or proceeding arising directly or indirectly from this sale shall be litigated within the County of Lake, State of Illinois. Buyer consents to the jurisdiction of any local, state or federal court located within Lake County, Illinois, waives personal service or any process upon buyer and consents that all such service may be made by certified mail, return receipt requested, directed to buyer.
These articles may be imported, the requirements of 19 U.S.C 1304 and 19 CFR part 134 provide that the articles of their containers must be marked in a conspicuous place as legibly, indelibly and permanently as the nature of the article or container will permit, in such a manner as to indicate to an ultimate purchaser in the United States, the English name of the country of origin of the article.
