Ask ASMC: What is the difference in placing an order with you over the phone versus placing an order on the website?

We welcome any and all orders made either with one of our sales representatives or through our website. If you do choose to place an order over the phone, please keep in mind that we do require a $50 minimum order, and we also have to charge freight costs as well.
For all orders made on the website, remember there is FREE standard shipping for everyone located within the continental US.
With either option, you can choose expedited shipping options depending on how fast you need the product. If you want to charge the order to an existing UPS account, you can do that either by calling and speaking with one of our sales representatives, or you can enter in the UPS account number by selecting the "Will Call Pickup" shipping method at checkout and entering in the UPS account number to bill in the order comments.
Either way, we are always here to assist with your fastener needs.
