Standard shipping is anywhere from 2-10 business days.  If you need something guaranteed to arrive by 10/23, we recommend purchasing expedited shipping options at checkout or you can also supply us with your UPS account number and we can bill it freight collect. 

Margaret asks: Can you quote quantities lower than the minimum order on your website?  For the item I am looking at, the minimum quantity is 8000 when I only need a 100 or so.

No unfortunately we cannot.  The minimum order quantity on the product page is the minimum number of pieces that you can purchase.

There is a "forgot your password" link on the login screen.  If you click log in or sign up in the top right corner, you can reset it there.
