Julia asks: I want to inquire about your return policy.  I placed in order from your site back in May and it turns out that I no longer need the parts.  Can I still return them?

Great question Julia.  All orders have a 30 day return window from date of purchase.  So unfortunately, we would not be able to accept that return. 

Alonso asks: I have a very large order in my cart but my credit card does not have that high of a limit to purchase the material.  I was wondering if I could do a wire transfer?

Of course Alonso.  Please give our sales staff a call (888-660-0334) and one of our representatives will provide you with the wire information in order to make a payment. 

Andre asks: For customer manufactured quotes, is there a minimum number of pieces that I would need to get made in order to have the job quoted?

To be honest Andre, each job has a different minimum order quantity.  For smaller items like washers, a quantity of 100-500 pieces is not enough to quote (unless they are really big in size).  The best way to inquire about receiving a customer manufactured quote would be to reach out to our sales team directly (sales@asmc.net) or 888-660-0334.
