Christine asks: I'm looking for an odd quantity of screws for my current application and I see on your website, that under "availability" that there is a 2-3 day lead time.  Is there anyway I can order these in the quantities that I want and have them ship today?

Great question Christine.  For odd quantities, the best thing to do would be to call and speak with a sales representative.  For items that have the 2-3 day availability, the only way to get it shipped out same day, is if you are willing to buy a bulk carton (if available), and for the freight to be expedited and paid for (either buy having you pay freight or supply us with a UPS account).   If you were to choose the free standard shipping, then the item will ship 2-3 business days after it arrives into us. 

Brandon asks: Is there any way to buy anything less than the minimum quantity on your website?

Unfortunately not.  The minimum number of pieces we are able to sell is indicated on each product page.  Items with large MOQ's, are only able to sold in full cartons. 

Cherie asks: When will the March newsletter be released?

The March newsletter with this month's promotion will be released on Friday of this week. 

Heidi asks: We love these screws and use them quite often for crafting. I went to order more, but the price greatly increased. We paid a much lower total for a pack of 200. Would you be able to honor this price again for our small business?

Hi Heidi.  Our prices vary with market conditions, and the cost of this material has increased recently so we are unable to accommodate lowering our prices to match the last sale price.
