Hello Dawn. Please contact our sales team (888-660-0334) and request an RMA.  We will refund as appropriate once we receive the returned merchandise.  Please note you are responsible for the return freight. 

Chase asks: Do you the carriage bolts come with matching nuts?

Great question Chase.  Each item is priced individually as listed.  If you need help finding the appropriate nuts and/or washers please contact us. 

Edward asks: I'm looking at a specific item on your website and under availability it says, "out of stock."  Does this mean the item is discontinued?  Do you know when you will have more stock in?

Hi Edward.  For all "out of stock" items we ask that you please contact our sales department to check on the availability of a product.  It may be as simple as us checking with our suppliers to see if they have received additional stock.  Please note, the pricing that is listed on the website for out of stock items is subject to change depending on a variety of factors including package quantity/price/ and availability.
