Tom asks: I'm looking at one of your metric socket head cap screws that you sell on your site, and I need the parts by Friday.  If I choose free standard shipping, can you guarantee delivery by Friday?

Our standard shipping windows are 2-10 business days depending on product availability .  Please make sure to look at the availability line on the product page where it will tell you about how many days it will take to ship the order.  If parts are needed by Friday, you will need to make sure the parts are in stock and also pay for expedited shipping at checkout. 

Annie asks: I'm looking for a large quantity of stainless nylon patched set screws.  I don't see any on your website.  Do you offer a patching service?

We do have a 3p service where we can patch set screws.  Please contact our sales department (888-660-0334) or email (sales@asmc.net) and speak with a sales representative.  Please note that the lead times normally range in the 3-5 week range unless expedited fees are added in.
