From Lawrence: I am looking at your square head machine bolts, and I was wondering if the nuts and washers are included with my purchase.
Everything on our website is sold separately. If you are looking for the appropriate washers and nuts to go with your bolt, add everything individually to your cart at checkout. If you are having trouble finding the part, give our customer service department a call (888-660-0334)
From Louis: My order was shipped on January 2nd and it has not arrived yet. Can you look into this for me?
The best way to track your order is to follow the tracking number supplied to you by email. If you chose free standard shipping at checkout, please note the timeframe for delivery is 2-10 business days. So the package can arrive anywhere in that timeframe. If it does not arrive after the 10 business days, please contact us and we can look into your order.
From Andrea: I need an invoice for an order I recently placed.
