Vikki asks: I am looking on your website at an item I want to order, however, it says, "out of stock.  Please call."  Does this mean I am out of luck?

Thanks for your question Vikki.  The answer is not necessarily.  The reason we have that alert show up on specific items, is that there are times when our supplier DOES run out of stock on an item.  However, as you can imagine, our suppliers are always re-stocking up.  So when you do have a case like this, the best thing to do is call and speak with one of our sales representatives so we can check.  Please note, depending on availability and price, the price you see on the website may or may not be accurate.  Quantities to order may vary as well.  In some cases, depending on the item, it may only be available in full cartons where as before, you might have been able to order based on our quantity discount breakdown.  The best way to find out is to speak with a sales representative directly (888-660-0334).

Ana asks: Is there a way we can expedite shipping from the free standard option? I forgot to check.  How much would it be? And what date would it arrive? 

Hi Ana.  Yes, we do offer expediting shipping options other than the free standard shipping.  The shipping cost is determined based on a multiple of things (location, weight of the product, etc).  As for what date the product will arrive, that is based upon what shipping option you choose. 

Olivia asks: I just called and spoke with your customer service center about an urgent order that I need.  The order was ordered with next day air shipping.  On the website it says, "ships within 2-3 business days" for processing time but we absolutely need these items tomorrow.

In most cases, yes, you are correct.  Even with next day/2nd day or 3rd day shipping options, everything depends on the availability of the product.  That is why it is so crucial to pay attention to the availability line of the product page.  But in your case, since you purchased a full carton that we are able to drop ship from our supplier directly, then we are able to meet your one day shipping requirement.
