Kara asks: When can I receive my order if I live in Cincinnati, OH?

Free standard shipping is 2-10 business days once the order ships.  If you need the order sooner, please choose one of the expedited freight options at checkout via UPS.  One important note, when selecting item quantity, pay attention to the "availability" line of the item page.  If it says 2-3 business days, that means that 2-3 business days until the item ships.  it does not mean that you will receive the item in 2-3 business days.  Any questions on this, please get in touch with the sales department.

Larry asks: On your website, I am looking at a partially threaded bolt.  However, in the images on the product page, there are three different bolts of different thread lengths.  How do I know that I will receive the correct bolt?

Great question Larry.  Underneath the product photo on the item page, you will find the following text: "PICTURES ARE REPRESENTATIVE OF ITEM, BUT ARE NOT OF THE ACTUAL ITEM. Product dimensions, finish, head markings, thread length, stamping shape or forging shape, etc., may differ from picture. Products are guaranteed to meet the specifications to which they are manufactured. Specifications allow for tolerances in dimension and shape, which can vary from lot to lot."  To be more specific, please make sure to look at the product specifications table.  That is the item you will receive.
