Great question Bill.  Metric hex cap screws will have head markings.  You will not be able to find metric bolts with no head markings because the head markings are required for the standards to be met.

Diane asks: I am looking at your 3/8 round malleable washers.  Do you have any idea where I can order just one of these items?

Unfortunately we would not know where to turn for this.   This item has a 25 piece minimum.
