Martin asks: I am located overseas and I am very interesting in becoming your supplier for my country. Is this something that you'd be interested in forming a partnership?
Hi Martin. We have the ability to ship all products worldwide so as of today, there is no need for an overseas distributor of our product.
James asks: Do you have a facility on the west coast where I can pick up some of your product? I know you are located in Illinois.
Hi James. We do not have ASMC offices located outside of our home office in Libertyville. However, our suppliers are located across the country so depending on where you are located and if you are willing to make a drive to them (office hours may have changed with everything going on with COVID-19), please get in touch with our sales team and we can assist you further.
Charles asks: On your website, you advertise a 2-10 business day lead time when items are ordered with free standard shipping. Today is day 9 and I still have not received my package. If it does not arrive tomorrow, will you ship out a replacement right away?

Due to everything going on in the world with COVID-19, we have seen an increasing number of USPS packages in the last month take longer in getting to our customers. Without exception, all have been delivered. Package volume has increased over 30% in this time, and that is the likely reason for some shipments being delayed. We ask for your patience in this unforseen time.
