George asks: Is it too late to cancel an order what it has been shipped and is en-route to me?

Hi George.  Yes, once an order is en-route with a tracking number, we are unable to recall it.  The best thing to do is when you do receive your item, give our sales team a call (888-660-0334) and they can give you an RMA should you choose to return it.
